In version 7.10.25 of EDC RC Software, ActiveWeb users are able to cancel their orders online, when necessary. Here is how they can do it:

Log into ActiveWeb.
Go in the MyCart tab.
At the bottom of the cart, click on the link to cancel pending orders.
